Hi! My name is Sereli and I’m a Print & Pattern Textile Designer. I received my B.S. in Graphic Design and soon after discovered my love of print / pattern and textiles. My artwork is a combination of mixed media, usually incorporating personal photography, paintings, sketches and drawings into my designs and then digitally manipulating them on the computer.

When I’m not creating, you can find me cozied up with a book, doing something active or playing the piano. Reading, working out and music are a huge part of my life and help me in my creative process. I love reviewing books as well as collecting vintage books - they have the best cover art!

“And I feel I have something very serious and urgent to say to you, my non-existent reader, and I feel I should say it as urgently as if I were standing in the room with you. That life— whatever else it is— is short. That fate is cruel but maybe not random. That Nature always wins but that does’t mean we have to bow and grovel to it. That maybe even if we’re not always so glad to be here, it’s our task to immerse ourselves anyway: wade straight through it, right through the cesspool, while keeping eyes and heart open. And in the midst of our dying, as we rise from the organic and sink back ignominiously into the organic, it is a glory and a privilege to love what Death doesn’t touch.”

Donna Tartt, The Goldfinch
